A date that Team Estrella Galicia 0.0 faces with a very significant baggage: it has been present on all the possible podiums (nine) with four different drivers.<\/p>\n<p>In the JuniorGP category, the team seeks to extend the solid advantage achieved by \u00c1ngel Piqueras, who tops the ranking with 111 points, by 65 of his closest pursuer, Jacob Roulstone. Three victories in five races and full of podiums explain the good situation of the Valencian in the table.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, Elia Bartolini wants to recover the good feelings of the first race played in Jerez, where he finished eighth, and he could not finish confirming in the second. Facundo Llamb\u00edas and Alex Gourdon, who were not comfortable in Jerez, have worked to make a jump in the classification and win in confidence.<\/p>\n<p>In the European Talent Cup, however, Team Estrella Galicia 0.0 will not be able to fight for the leader of the general classification. Santanderino Brian Uriarte, who is only one point away from the first classified, suffered an injury while training that will prevent him from competing this weekend in Portim\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, the rest of the team\u2019s drivers will fight to be on the podium. Among them, Rico Salmela, third with 75 points. Although he could not climb to the podium in Jerez, the Finnish rider was very regular with a fifth and seventh position that confirm his evolution on top of the Honda. Hakim Danish, tenth in the general standings, hopes to make up for a bad weekend in Jerez, while Amanuel Brinton leaves with the aim of following his progress and adding more points.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have started the season very well, with an Angel Piqueras and a Brian Uriarte that have been spectacular. I think it\u2019s a moment where we have to enjoy the results, without forgetting all the work and effort that have brought us here,&#8221; says Jaime Serrano, CEO of the team.<\/p>\n<p>A line of opinion shared by the Team Manager, Kev Coghlan: &#8220;We are not going to invent anything new. We will continue with the same idea of work to continue adding successes, starting in Portim\u00e3o, where we expect our drivers to make one more jump, either to climb the podium or to score points. We regret the injury of Brian Uriarte, who was in a great moment of form, and we hope that he recovers soon&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The free practice on Thursday and Friday will be the prelude to the qualifying session, which will take place on Saturday from 10:00 CEST. With the starting grid decided, Sunday will start with the Last Chance of the ETC at 10:15h CEST. After that, the first JuniorGP test will arrive from 12:00 CEST, scheduled to 15 laps.
