A total of 18 pilots participated under the shelter of the Monlau Motul structure, supported by a powerful technical team made up of students and teachers from the mechanics degrees, who kept the mechanics and chassis working perfectly at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The names of the weekend were Santi Vallv\u00e9, with a victory and a second place in the two KZ finals, Iv\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez and Nuvola Morales, winner of a round and author of the pole position in Mini, respectively, and Eloi Gonz\u00e1lez, which chained two second places in the Senior category, the largest, with 45 participants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 159 entrants took part in the second CEK event, held in Zuera, a circuit of great memory in 2024 for Monlau Motul Technical School, which achieved its latest successes in the championship here last September. The new location on the calendar came with typically spring-like conditions, with some rain on Friday, sun and heat on Saturday and a Sunday with a completely overcast sky. The logical variations in the asphalt conditions and the environment forced both drivers and mechanics to apply the set-up, making this factor one of the keys to the success of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As in Campillos, the scene of the inaugural meeting, the KZ division once again provided a great harvest of results to Monlau Motul Technical School. Santi Vallv\u00e9 maintained his good fortune and, after finishing eighth in the qualifying practice, he rose in the qualifying rounds to second place. On Sunday he completed his recovery by beating the polesitter in the first of the finals, which allowed him to achieve his second consecutive victory in the CEK. In the afternoon, Vallv\u00e9 closed an impeccable event by crossing the flag in second place. His three teammates at Monlau Motul had different luck: Sete Ve\u00e0 touched the podium in the first race, which ended in an excellent fourth place, but he dropped out in the second. Berta R\u00e0fols (8th and 26th) and Santiago da Costa (13th and 7th) completed the participation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Senior category was the largest of the entire weekend, with 45 registered, which forced the organization to divide them into three groups for practice and qualifying, since the maximum number of karts on the track was limited to 36. Zuera marked the return to CEK of Eloi Gonz\u00e1lez, who had an impeccable performance since Friday. The Catalan converted his fourth place in free practice into second place in the qualifying rounds, the same position he maintained in the two finals on Sunday. He also credited Ra\u00fal Zunzarren with great pace, although various problems delayed him in the final classifications (34th and 19th). The list of results from Monlau Motul Technical School was completed by Miquel Blascos (10th and 10th), Asier Garc\u00eda (12th and 25th), Francisco Cardoso (18th and 17th), Mateo Rubio (19th and 13th) and the debutant Aimar Sancho (31st and 18th ).<br><br>In Junior, a division that brought together 32 participants \u2013 three of whom competed with the colors of Monlau Motul \u2013 Nico Garc\u00eda was once again the best on the team. After finishing the qualifying in 14th place, his Sunday was a comeback, and although he managed to lead some of the finals, he had to settle for two ninth positions, five places ahead of his grid position. Also present in the top 15 were Egor Ivanchenko (13th and 13th) and Beatriz Cardoso (14th and 14th), who due to various race incidents and penalties also ended up further behind than their race pace indicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participation of Monlau Motul Technical School was completed by the three Mini drivers, who had to face 32 other rivals. \u00c1lvaro Perell\u00f3, author of the best time in qualifying practice, and Nuvola Morales, who after being 5th in practice, progressed in qualifying to pole position, shone on Saturday. The good harvest of results continued on Sunday, with the presence of the three representatives of the team among the five best in the second final: Iv\u00e1n Luis Gonz\u00e1lez, winner; \u00c1lvaro Perell\u00f3, 3rd; and Nuvola Morales, 5th. In the previous round, Morales achieved 4th place, Iv\u00e1n Luis Gonz\u00e1lez was 5th and \u00c1lvaro Perell\u00f3 7th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the Academy brought together 14 registrants, one of whom, Edu Costa, assisted by Monlau Motul. The Portuguese experienced an event from less to more, initially securing 11th position on the grid for the first final. On Sunday he crossed the finish line in 13th position in the initial race, and managed to climb back to 8th place in the second race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rub\u00e9n Sim\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;, Team Manager of the Monlau Motul Karting Team, gives a satisfactory assessment of the team&#8217;s performance in the second round of the CEK:&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>\u201cWe returned from Zuera happy with the results and satisfied with having been competitive in all categories. In a weekend with very changeable conditions, which have forced us to fine-tune a lot with the set-up, the performance of all the drivers has been outstanding.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jaime Serrano<\/strong>&nbsp;, CEO of Monlau Motul Technical School, values \u200b\u200bthe team&#8217;s effort:&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>\u201cThe team is doing a very good job that is reflected in each race.
