The drivers have worked intensively over the winter, and the entire team of engineers and mechanics is highly motivated to start the year strongly,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0said Jaime Serrano, CEO of Monlau Motul.<\/strong><\/strong><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Monlau Motul Technical School kicks off its fourth season in the Spanish F4 Championship this coming weekend at MotorLand Arag\u00f3n. The Barcelona-based team will look to continue its progression in the category with a team that maintains the same driver and technical staff structure that competed in the Eurocup-4 Spanish Winter Championship (E4SWC), allowing it to continue the work done and advance in the competitive and closely matched field of the championship.\u00a0<br><br>Alexander\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Jacoby<\/strong>\u00a0,\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Lorenzo Campos<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0, and\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Francisco Monarca<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0will take the wheel of the three Monlau Motul Tatuus-Abarth T421s with the aim of gaining experience in one of the most demanding training categories in motorsport.<br><br>The experience gained from previous years has been key to giving the team a solid foundation and confidence to close the gap with the leading teams. The development of young talent remains a priority for the team, which is committed to the constant improvement of drivers, engineers, and mechanics in a professional environment.<br><br><strong>David Sim\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0, team manager, underlines this philosophy of comprehensive development:\u00a0\u00a0<em>\u201cOur great responsibility is to train the drivers of the future, as well as the technical staff, something that is linked to our school DNA. We provide them with the tools to learn, but also to channel their successes and frustrations, so they can grow both professionally and personally. We face a new season with great enthusiasm and the certainty that we are building an increasingly solid team. Maintaining the same structure has allowed us to evolve continuously.\u201d<\/em><br><br><strong>Jaime Serrano<\/strong>\u00a0, CEO of Monlau Motul, highlights the work carried out during the preseason:\u00a0\u00a0<em>\u201cWe know that Spanish Formula 4 is a very competitive championship, but we are convinced that we will continue to make progress. The drivers have worked intensively during the winter and the entire team of engineers and mechanics is highly motivated to start the year strongly. MotorLand is a good setting to test ourselves and rack up miles.\u201d<\/em><br><br><strong>MotorLand Arag\u00f3n, the first major challenge\u00a0<\/strong><br>The Aragonese track will host the start of the championship with a demanding challenge for all the teams. After the E4SWC, this will be the first real test of Monlau Motul&#8217;s performance and the progress made in recent weeks of preparation.\u00a0<br><br>As part of the Racing Weekend, where the team will also compete in the second round of the TCR Spain, the event will kick off on Friday, March 28, with test sessions. Free practice and the first qualifying session will be held on Saturday, leading into the first race of the season.
