With a high job placement rate and a model based on real-world practical on-track training, this postgraduate degree has become a decisive step for engineers aspiring to join the competition elite. The<br><br>2025 class has reached 36 places available, and for the 2026 class, they are practically sold out, confirming the growing interest and confidence in a program that combines technical excellence with direct pit experience.<br><br><strong>On-track learning<\/strong><br>Over ten months, the Master&#8217;s degree combines more than 350 hours of lectures with in-person sessions at Monlau Motul&#8217;s facilities in Montcada and Reixac (Barcelona) and on-track practice, both in motorsport and motorcycling. These sessions allow students to face real-world track situations, manage data, analyze vehicle dynamics, and coordinate work with drivers and mechanics, applying the same methods and tools used by professional teams.&nbsp;<br><br>In addition, students have the opportunity to work closely with the school&#8217;s own sports teams, which compete in prestigious national and international championships such as the FIM JuniorGP\u2122, TCR Europe and TCR Spain, the Spanish F4, and the Spanish Karting Championship.<br><br>Thanks to its part-time format, the program offers the flexibility necessary for students to combine their studies with their professional activities, without sacrificing the high standards that characterize Monlau Motul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cAt Monlau Motul Technical School, we believe that real learning happens when the student steps into the pit box, and that&#8217;s something all of us who have participated in this master&#8217;s program have experienced firsthand. There&#8217;s no better way to understand the professional reality of motorsport than to experience it from the inside,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0explains Gerard Gasulla, coordinator of the Master&#8217;s program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Professors who compete at the highest level.<\/strong><br>All this is possible thanks to a prestigious faculty of professors and speakers, active in the main categories of world motorsport, who share their experience and direct vision of the competition with the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among them, there are highly relevant engineers such as Sergi Borrull (Yamaha Pramac Racing Team Moto2), Silvia Gaiani (V System, Ducati Motor Holding, ex Akrapovic and VECA SpA), Daniel Gratac\u00f3s (Dakar champion with Peugeot and Audi, ex Mercedes DTM and ex engineer for Carlos Sainz and Carlos Sainz Jr.), Mario Manganelli (ex Mercedes AMG F1\u2122, Aprilia and KTM MotoGP\u2122), Sergio Rinland (CEO of Astauto, ex Brabham F1\u2122, Dallara F1\u2122, Fondmetal F1\u2122, Benetton F1\u2122, Sauber F1\u2122 and DTM), Carles Mart\u00ednez (World RX with Hansen Motorsport, ex Toro Rosso F1\u2122 and Sauber F1\u2122), Marc Nadal (Nadal Technologies and collaborator in Extreme E, ex Opel DTM and Monlau-MVD), Xavier Palac\u00edn (head of KTM Moto3 and MotoGP\u2122 engine development team, former chief mechanic for \u00c1lex M\u00e1rquez, Fabio Quartararo and Ar\u00f3n Canet at Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 Moto3), Xavier Soldevila (KTM MotoGP\u2122 Test Team), Albert Talamino (LCR Honda MotoGP\u2122 and world champion with \u00c1lex M\u00e1rquez), Max Moro (Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 in FIM JuniorGP\u2122) and David Sim\u00f3n, director of the Auto Division at Monlau Motul and currently an engineer at Dempsey Proton (WEC and ELMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2025 edition also includes former student Adri\u00e0 Castilla, Data Engineer for KTM Factory Team MotoGP\u2122 with Pedro Acosta, who gives a masterclass on data analysis in MotoGP\u2122. Added to this is the collaboration with Lafer SpA, a company specializing in surface engineering and PVD\/DLC coatings and supplier to Ducati MotoGP\u2122 and Ferrari F1\u2122, which offers a technical module on PVD\/DLC treatments and their influence on the efficiency of engine and chassis components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cOur mission is to train engineers who are ready to work in a professional team from day one. This master&#8217;s degree offers training that goes far beyond theory: students learn to make decisions, react to unexpected events, and cope with the pressure of real competition.
