This unprecedented success consolidates the joint project between&nbsp;<strong>Monlau Motorsport<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Estrella Galicia 0,0<\/strong>&nbsp;as a global benchmark in the identification and development of young motorcycling talent.<br><br>In 2011, Estrella Galicia 0,0 joined Monlau&#8217;s development model with a clear objective: to create a comprehensive structure that would support riders from the grassroots level to the MotoGP\u2122 World Championship. This partnership promotes the participation of young riders in the FIM JuniorGP\u2122 and guarantees commitment, hard work, passion, and a pursuit of excellence for the sporting development of future motorcycling stars.<br><br><strong>A model of success, from the ground up to the top.<\/strong><br>The three current MotoGP\u2122 World Champions share a common denominator: they were trained entirely within Monlau structures, progressing through all stages of the educational, technical, and sporting program developed by the leading motorsport school.<br>&nbsp;<br>A pioneer of this successful formula,&nbsp;<strong>Marc M\u00e1rquez<\/strong>&nbsp;began his journey with Monlau in 2005, achieving his first title that same year in the Catalan 125cc Speed \u200b\u200bChampionship with&nbsp;<strong>Team RACC Caja Madrid<\/strong>&nbsp;. In 2006, he retained the regional title and debuted in the Spanish Speed \u200b\u200bChampionship (CEV) with&nbsp;<strong>Team Monlau Competici\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;, where he finished eighth.&nbsp;<br><br>In 2007, he competed with KTM in the CEV, achieving a ninth-place finish. Back in 2011, with&nbsp;<strong>Team Catalunya Caixa<\/strong>&nbsp;(a 100% Monlau structure), he was runner-up in the Moto2\u2122 world championship and&nbsp;<em>rookie<\/em>&nbsp;of the year, before winning the world title in the same category in 2012. These promising first steps in competition allowed him to become the figure he is today, one of the best riders in history with seven MotoGP\u2122 titles, the last one obtained this year with the Ducati Lenovo Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Brazilian&nbsp;<strong>Diogo Moreira<\/strong>&nbsp;began his career with the&nbsp;<strong>Monlau School Team<\/strong>&nbsp;in 2017, excelling in national championships with a fourth-place finish in 85GP and a runner-up position in Moto4\u2122 in 2018. His progression continued in 2019 in the European Talent Cup category with the&nbsp;<strong>Talent Team Estrella Galicia 0,0<\/strong>&nbsp;, where he finished sixth. Subsequently, with the&nbsp;<strong>Junior Team Estrella Galicia 0,0<\/strong>&nbsp;, he had two very solid seasons in JuniorGP\u2122, achieving 11th place in both 2020 and 2021.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>In 2022, he made the leap to the MotoGP\u2122 World Championship in the Moto3\u2122 category, a progression that culminated this year with the Moto2\u2122 World Championship title with the Italtrans Racing Team.
