That\u2019s why, when I was at university, I was already very clear that I wanted to study this master\u2019s degree<\/em>,\u201d explains Adri\u00e0 P\u00e9rez, top of his class.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Monlau Motul Technical School graduated 34 students from the 16th edition of its Master&#8217;s in Motorsport Engineering in a moving ceremony that marked the culmination of ten months of training. The event brought together students and their families, professors, and members of the school and Motul Ib\u00e9rica, the program&#8217;s main partner. With all places filled, the master&#8217;s program consolidates its position as a leading international motorsport training program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the various speeches, the attitude, commitment, and level of this graduating class were unanimously highlighted, described as the best to have ever passed through its classrooms. This recognition reinforces the prestige of a program that has already trained more than 400 engineers over its 16 editions, many of whom have gone on to join top-level professional organizations in motorsport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The master&#8217;s program, consisting of 350 hours of instruction, offers a combination of theory and practice that allows students to acquire a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of motorsport engineering. Taught by a faculty of active professors, the program includes classroom instruction, real-world practical experience on a racetrack, and a final project in which students must apply everything they have learned in an environment that simulates the actual working conditions of a racing team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A future full of opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon completion of their training at Monlau Motul Technical School, a wide range of opportunities opens up for each graduate to realize their dreams within the world of motorsport. And to achieve this, perseverance, ambition, and high standards are essential, as Iban Ventura, CEO of the Monlau Group, pointed out: \u201c&nbsp;<em>It is crucial to continue evolving as professionals because there is no world more dynamic and ever-changing than motorsport<\/em>&nbsp;.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The eminently practical approach to the training, one of the master&#8217;s program&#8217;s greatest strengths, was highlighted by Jaime Serrano, CEO of Monlau Motul Technical School: \u201c&nbsp;<em>Monlau is not your typical school. You&#8217;ve completed the master&#8217;s program within a team, and this is the ultimate expression of what you&#8217;ll encounter in the professional world of motorsport. Our training offers invaluable versatility that you&#8217;re sure to take full advantage of<\/em>&nbsp;.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the master&#8217;s program coordinator, Gerard Gasulla is in constant contact with the students and experiences their growth firsthand: \u201c&nbsp;<em>Seeing their evolution throughout the course and how they have applied their theoretical knowledge to practical situations is the most satisfying reward the faculty can have. And the secret to success is none other than the passion that both the students and the teachers bring to it<\/em>&nbsp;.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Motul scholarships, an award for the greatest talents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the diploma ceremony, the event reached one of its most special moments with the awarding of the Motul scholarships to the three students with the best academic records in the graduating class. Their names were kept secret until the moment of the ceremony. This recognition of talent takes into account not only grades in exams, internships, and the final project, but also attitude and values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Student Jofre Panisello, with an 8.21, obtained the third highest grade, while Jordi Casta\u00f1o, with an 8.46, came in second. The highest academic record in the graduating class was achieved by Adri\u00e0 P\u00e9rez, who obtained a final grade of 8.51.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c&nbsp;<em>Ever since I was little, I\u2019ve loved motorcycling and grew up watching great riders in Monlau colors. That\u2019s why, when I was at university, I knew I wanted to study this master\u2019s program. I\u2019m really looking forward to getting out there and showing everything we\u2019ve learned at Monlau, which has been a lot<\/em>&nbsp;,\u201d P\u00e9rez explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once again, the scholarships were made possible thanks to Motul&#8217;s involvement. \u201c&nbsp;<em>When you see the graduates, you feel like you&#8217;re looking at the future. They&#8217;ve chosen to study at the best motorsport training school and have done so with values \u200b\u200bthat define the Monlau Motul partnership. You can get there alone, but together you go further and enjoy it more<\/em>&nbsp;,\u201d says Sa\u00fal Tagarro, General Manager of Motul Ib\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 16th graduating class boasted eight nationalities represented: Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, and Ecuador. Furthermore, the Spanish graduates came from six different provinces.
