The opening round will take place from April 10th to 12th at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo (Valencia), the venue for the first race in a calendar of seven events that will take place on some of the most iconic tracks in Spain, as well as a stop in Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team is approaching the start of the season with very positive feelings after a preseason marked by clear progress. The 2026 Spanish Winter Championship served as a testing ground to strengthen the work of the drivers, engineers, and mechanics, with notable improvements throughout the three races. As a result, Miki Blascos finished the championship with an impressive fifth place in the final race at MotorLand Arag\u00f3n, placing third among the&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>rookies<\/em>&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the regular season, the team will maintain the same driver lineup it used in the winter championship: Blascos, Fausto Arnaudo, and Rahim Alibhai. They will be joined by a fourth Tatuus F4 T-421 at the Valencia round, driven by Canadian Alexander Chartier.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team&#8217;s growth is reflected not only in its results but also in its internal structure. The technical staff, a key element in the drivers&#8217; rapid adaptation, has been strengthened with the aim of maintaining this upward trajectory. Developing young talent remains an absolute priority for Monlau Motul, which is committed to the evolution of both drivers and engineers and mechanics in a high-performance environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>David Sim\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;, the team manager, highlights the progress made:&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>\u201cDuring the preseason we saw a very clear evolution. The team worked very well in all areas and that was reflected on the track. In addition, we have strengthened the technical structure for this season, which will allow us to be more consistent and continue growing from the start of the championship.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For his part,&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Jaime Serrano<\/strong>&nbsp;, CEO of Monlau Motul, emphasizes the importance of the foundation built:&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>\u201cThe Spanish Winter Championship helped us arrive prepared for the start of the championship. The progress in so few races was very positive and gives us confidence. We know that Spanish F4 is very competitive, but we have a solid base to compete and continue evolving throughout the season.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Circuit Ricardo Tormo, starting at<\/strong><br>Cheste (Valencia), will host the opening round of the 2026 season. With its 4,005 meters in length and 14 turns, the Valencian track will be part of the Racing Weekend, with an intense program kicking off on Friday the 10th with two free practice sessions. Saturday will see the first qualifying session (9:00 AM), which will determine the starting grid for the first two races, scheduled for 12:05 PM and 3:20 PM. Sunday will begin with the second qualifying session (9:00 AM), which will define the starting order for the third and final race of the weekend, scheduled for 1:15 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This first event will allow Monlau Motul to gauge its level after the preseason and establish initial benchmarks in a championship that will once again be known for its competitiveness and demanding nature.
