The Motorsport Competition Mechanics program has 297 students, and the Motorcycle program has 178. This figure consolidates the upward trajectory of a school that has become an international benchmark in specialized training for the motorsport sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The increase in students is also accompanied by a remarkable diversity of origins. This year, the school has a total of 16 students from various countries, including Spain, Andorra, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Russia, Belgium, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, the United States, and Syria. Within Spain, 15 autonomous communities are represented, in addition to Ceuta, with Catalonia being the main source of students, followed by the Valencian Community and Andalusia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThis new record is especially gratifying because it demonstrates the continued interest in motorsport and, at the same time, the trust that students and their families place in our training. For us, this growth also represents a responsibility: to reach more people without losing our way of doing things, based on high standards, discipline, practice, and direct contact with the realities of the paddock,\u201d<\/em> says <strong>Jaime Serrano<\/strong> , CEO of Monlau Motul Technical School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>More resources for practical training.<\/strong><br>To accommodate this increase in students without compromising the quality of training, Monlau Motul has strengthened its human and material resources, adding more instructors and increasing the availability of vehicles, tools, and spare parts. This allows for smaller groups and facilitates more individualized work in the workshop classrooms, a key differentiator of the school&#8217;s methodology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Motorcycling area, two new Moto4 bikes have been added to the first course this year, with the aim of improving the ratio of students working directly on each motorcycle. Some of the tool equipment in the Introductory program has also been updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the theoretical component, the school offers field trips, visits to professional facilities, and <em>track days<\/em> that expose students to different real-world competition environments. This experience is complemented by internships with national and international teams, a pathway that allows students to apply the knowledge acquired during their training and become familiar with the procedures and demands of a professional setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of this is structured through a unique 360\u00b0 model, the only one of its kind in the world, which integrates the Automotive, Motorcycling, and Motorsport Engineering programs with dedicated structures that compete nationally and internationally. This connects the three key players in motorsport\u2014drivers, engineers, and mechanics\u2014within a single project and allows the realities of competition to be brought into the classroom, with active instructors, current materials and vehicles, and curricula that are updated annually to reflect the evolution of the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cTraining doesn\u2019t end in the classroom. Practical work on cars and motorcycles, and the opportunity to later apply that knowledge to the track, allows our students to experience firsthand how a team works. This combination is one of the keys to our model and also to the continued trust that teams place in the graduates from Monlau Motul,\u201d<\/em> adds Jaime Serrano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prepared for the professional world.<\/strong><br>With nearly three decades of experience, the school maintains a methodology that combines a solid theoretical foundation with a significant practical component, contact with active professionals, and direct experience in competition. This translates into a high employment rate among its graduates. Many of them are currently developing their careers in top-level competitions such as MotoGP\u2122, Formula 1\u2122, WRC, WEC, GT World Challenge, 24H Series, FIM MotoJunior\u2122 World Championship, WorldSBK, or the Dakar Rally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking ahead, the school remains committed to the constant updating of its content, equipment and methodology, with an eye also on continuing to expand and improve its spaces to meet the needs of a growing educational project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cOur priority is to continue evolving at the same pace as the sector to offer increasingly comprehensive training. The school&#8217;s growth also leads us to consider how we can improve our facilities and, in the short term, explore new approaches that will allow us to better integrate the different areas.
