On Friday, April 7th, the Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 riders will return to action in Argentina for the first Moto3 Free Practice of Round 2 of the season. The duo of Aron Canet and Enea Bastianini will look for positive results at the only South American round on the MotoGP calendar.
\nAfter battling for the podium right up until the final stages of the inaugural race in Qatar -finishing fourth- Aron Canet is preparing to fight for a podium at a circuit where last year he starred amidst tricky mixed conditions. The Spaniard set a strong pace from the start that allowed him to climb from fourteenth to fourth position in the space of just three laps. Canet kept fighting in the lead group and,\u00a0 three laps before the end, suffered a crash at Turn 7 when he hit a damp patch on track. Although he was unable to finish the contest, his performance on the Sunday was a notable one.
\nEstrella Galicia 0,0 teammate Enea Bastianini placed seventh in qualifying for the Argentinian GP last season, and was seventeenth in the race itself. The Italian will continue working alongside his new crew to progress in his adaptation to the 2017 Honda 2017 bike.

\n“I hope that in Argentina we can have a different race to that of Qatar, although the track is another one that provides little grip and the bike may behave in a similar way. However, as it is a very technical layout, very fast and tricky, I will work with my crew to find a good setup compromise that allows me to ride comfortably. I am sure we will give our all in order to take a step forward.”

\n“I think we can do well at the Circuito Termas de R\u00edo Hondo, because my riding style is quite well suited to the layout; there are a lot of right and angled corners where you have to stop the bike a lot. We are strong at that, because we have improved our rear braking, so we can brake late and stop the bike well.
