The Estrella Galicia 0,0 Moto3 riders contested the Qatar Grand Prix at the Losail International Circuit on Sunday. The 5pm start time meant that the race was held in daylight.
\nBoth Alonso L\u00f3pez and Ryusei Yamanaka -standing in for full-time rider Sergio Garcia Dols-\u00a0 made remarkable progress, starting the race from far down the grid but gaining ground from the start.
\nLopez\u00a0 crossed the line in twelfth position, in a race won by Kaito Toba. Estrella Galicia 0,0 substitute rider Yamanaka would take twentieth. The next round of the Moto3 World Championship will be the Argentinian Grand Prix, which takes place at Termas de R\u00edo Hondo on March 31st.
