After an obligatory suspension of the competition due to the global health emergency, the Moto3 World Championship season finally resumes this weekend. The second round of a revised calendar will be the Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuito de Jerez – Angel Nieto .\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nThe Estrella Galicia 0,0 Moto3 team members, with riders Sergio Garcia Dols and Ryusei Yamanaka at the forefront, will resume their activity with an official test on Wednesday, July 15th at the same track.
\nAfter the inaugural round of 2020 in Qatar at the beginning of March, Garcia Dols occupies 11th position in the overall standings, with rookie Yamanaka in the 20th.
\nThe first free practice sessions for the Moto3 class will begin on Friday at 9am local time, with the race scheduled for Sunday at 11:00.

\nDuring months of confinement with his family in his hometown of Burriana, the Spanish rider has managed to maintain an intense training routine that ensures that he resumes the competition in the best possible way.
\n\u201cI have been looking forward to competing again. Having finished last year winning my first Grand Prix and this season stopping as soon as it started, I\u2019ve been eager to give my best. It’s time to get back on track and continue our progression. I am glad that the return to racing is at Jerez. Although the atmosphere will be very different from what we enjoyed before the global health emergency, it is a circuit with which I am very familiar. Wednesday’s test will allow us to come in even better prepared for the opening Free Practice sessions for the Grand Prix.\u201d

\nAfter taking 20th place in Qatar, Yamanaka saw his first season as a permanent rider in the Moto3 World Championship truncated by the global pandemic.
\nHe has also spent the lockdown in the company of his family, and now faces the return to competition at a track where he has previous experience thanks to his participation in the FIM CEV Repsol last year.
\n“All of the riders are eager to return to action, and this first round at Jerez will certainly be very important for getting a feel for the competition again. At least the test on Wednesday will allow us to familiarise ourselves with the conditions of the track, as well as resuming the work schedule with my crew.
