Following last weekend’s Austrian GP, Sergio Garcia Dols and Ryusei Yamanaka will contest another event at Spielberg with the sixth round of the revised 2020 Moto3 World Championship calendar. This time it has been named the Grand Prix of Styria, after the region in which the circuit is located.
\nThe round will conclude the run of three back-to-back races, and Garcia Dols and Yamanaka hope to reap the rewards for their recent work and return to the battle for the points.
\nThe first Free Practice session begins on Friday at 9:00am, with the race scheduled for Sunday at 11:00am.

\nLast weekend at Spielberg, the Spaniard spent the entire race fighting for positions in a large main group, just missing out on the points as he finished 16th.
\nThe Estrella Galicia 0,0 Moto3 rider hopes to continue making progress with the experience acquired at the last round, and improve his position in the race. One of his first targets is to make it directly into Q2.
\n\u201cLast week I arrived at the Spielberg circuit with some doubts, as it was not a track at which I had ridden as much as others. The best thing is that during the last Grand Prix I grew to like the track more, I was able to better understand it and identify the points where I was lacking. I think that, with all that we have learned, we can have a good race next weekend and get back to being more effective.”
\nRyusei Yamanaka
\nYamanaka saw his chances of a positive finish in the race last weekend hindered by an early collision with another rider, relegating him to the back of the field.
\nHe then climbed up six positions to cross the finish line 24th, although he hopes that his recent experience will now lead to improvement -and establishing himself as a regular presence in the points.
\n“Having another race at a circuit where we rode last week makes me optimistic in terms of my knowledge of the track but, in any case, I must improve in practice to go directly into Q2 and not start the race hindered by a position far back on the grid. It is also very important to ride more aggressively and to finish races in the points again.”
