Sergio Garcia Dols and Ryusei Yamanaka will compete in the second of two rounds on the Adriatic coast in the space of seven days.

\nFollowing on from last weekend\u2019s San Marino GP, the Estrella Galicia 0,0 riders will remain at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli for the eighth round of the season this week. The event has been dubbed the Emilia Romagna GP.
\nSergio Garcia Dols will be back in action with the intention of resuming progress that was only hampered by a crash in the race last time out, whilst Ryusei Yamanaka comes into the contest having risen from 27th to 12th this past Sunday.
\nBoth Yamanaka and Garcia Dols will have to serve penalties given to them last weekend. The Japanese rider will miss the final 15 minutes of FP3, whilst the Spaniard will miss the first 15 minutes of FP2 and will be required to take a ‘long lap’ during the race.
\nThe first Free Practice session for the Moto3 World Championship will get underway on Friday at 9am local time, with the race scheduled for Sunday at 11am.

\nSergio Garcia Dols, 17th in the World Championship with 19 points, was consistently in the Top 10 in the various practice sessions held last weekend at Misano, making his way directly into Q2 and claiming 11th place on the grid.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nAt the start of the race he gained several positions and was chasing down the leading riders but, just moments later, he was involved in a collision with another rider that saw him crash. He would remount to finish 25th.
\n\u201cAfter a very good weekend a few days ago at Misano, we had a crash in the race that ruined all the work we had done. However, I am very motivated and I think we have a good setup with which to continue progressing. Despite the sanctions, We’re focused on giving our all at this second race.\u201d
\nRyusei Yamanaka\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nThe Japanese rookie,\u00a0 20th in the World Championship with 12 points, made good progress last weekend at Misano, lowering his lap times with each trip out on track and making an improvement of 1.8 seconds compared to his first practice session there.
\nHe started 27th on the grid, but an outstanding fightback saw him finish in a creditable 12th place, as well as setting the fastest lap of the race. Now he hopes to continue to get the best out of a circuit where he also has previous experience from his participation in the MotoGP Rookies Cup.
\n\u201cI must confess that I don’t like the layout of the Misano circuit too much, although after last weekend’s race my feelings about it have improved. Now we must start practice with fast times and give ourselves a chance to get into Q2. We must build on last week’s good result to continue progressing. If I manage to start from a good spot on the grid, I have a better chance of having a good race.”
