The 2026 FIM MotoJunior™ World Championship resumes this weekend at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo (Valencia) with the fifth round of the year. Team Monlau Motul arrives in Cheste with high hopes and fully immersed in the battle for the Moto3™ Junior World Championship title.
The Barcelona-based team heads to Valencia after using the summer break to meticulously prepare for their return to competition. They completed two days of testing at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, accumulating laps and gathering valuable data to fine-tune the bikes for the weekend. With up to 50 points up for grabs across the two Moto3™ races, the fifth round of the championship could prove crucial in the overall standings.
Travis Borg maintains an impeccable record with four consecutive podium finishes, placing him second in the standings, just nine points behind the leader. His goal will be to climb back to the front and capitalize on every opportunity to close the gap.
Alongside him, Kerman Tinez will continue his progression in Moto3™. The Venezuelan rider approaches this round with the intention of continuing to take steps forward and confirm the positive feelings from the first part of the season.
In the Moto2™ European Championship, Facundo Llambías will compete in a single race on Sunday. The Uruguayan rider arrives at a circuit he knows perfectly and where he is confident of capitalizing on his accumulated experience and the strong form he has maintained throughout the season.
The Team Monlau Motul Moto4™ European Cup lineup will once again consist of Nolann Macary and Leonardo Fabio Cabrera . Both riders have another opportunity to continue progressing in their adaptation to this highly competitive category. Macary will be making his second appearance with the team at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, while Cabrera will be making his debut at this track.

The action at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo kicks off on Friday with free practice, while Saturday will feature practice and qualifying sessions starting at 12:20 PM CEST. Sunday begins with the Moto4™ Last Chance race at 9:15 AM. The first Moto3™ race (16 laps) starts at 11:00 AM, followed by the first Moto4™ race at 12:00 PM (15 laps). The single Moto2™ race (17 laps) takes place at 1:00 PM, followed by the second Moto3™ race at 2:00 PM (16 laps) and the closing race, the second Moto4™ race at 3:00 PM (15 laps).
