Estrella Galicia 0,0 start French Grand Prix in wet conditions

Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 riders Aron Canet and Enea Bastianini kicked off the second European round of the Moto3 World Championship season this Friday. In their first practice sessions for the French Grand Prix at Le Mans, the pair had to adapt to wet conditions and a newly relayed asphalt.
Aron Canet was back on track for the first time since his unforgettable first Grand Prix victory a fortnight ago, at the Spanish GP. He finished tenth in the first session of the day, and in FP2 he focused his work on improving his feeling under braking. The second session was made even more complicated by the reappearance of rain. It was his morning time of 1:51.782 that gave him tenth place overall in the combined timesheet for Friday.
After finding a better setup for his Honda and achieving eighth place at the last race at Jerez, Enea Bastianini started the weekend at Le Mans with twelfth place in the morning run. Like his teammate, he rode cautiously in the early stages of FP2 and it was his FP1 time of 1:52.026 that placed him twelfth fastest.
The Estrella Galicia 0,0 riders will be back on track on Saturday from 9:00am for the third Free Practice session for the French Grand Prix. Qualifying  will take place at 12:35pm.

Canet uses Star Wars-inspired helmet at Le Mans
This weekend, Aron Canet is debuting an alternative design to his usual HJC helmet, inspired by the Star Wars film saga. The company that provides the Spaniard with his head protection gear is also the title sponsor of the HJC Helmets Grand Prix of France.
The model is linked to the limited series Star Wars range that HJC recently presented. Canet’s is the RPHA 11 Kylo Ren design, inspired by one of the main protagonists of the new trilogy of the film saga. HJC complements this new series with the  RPHA 11 Boba Fett and FG-17 Death Trooper models, which will be followed by new designs shortly.
