The 2026 FIM MotoJunior™ World Championship enters its decisive phase, and Team Monlau Motul travels to MotorLand Aragón with Travis Borg in the thick of the fight for the Moto3™ Junior World Championship title. The sixth round of the season, the penultimate race on the calendar, will offer 50 points up for grabs across the two races and could prove crucial for the standings before the final round at Misano.

After the Valencia race, Borg sits fourth in the overall standings, tied on points with third place and 43 points behind the leader. The Maltese driver, one of the season’s key figures, arrives in Alcañiz aiming to be among the frontrunners from the first practice sessions in a weekend crucial to the championship outcome.

Borg will once again share the grid with Kerman Tinez and Marianos Nikolis . Both are showing improvement, and the work accumulated over the last few weeks aims to place all three drivers at the front of the pack.

In the Moto2™ European Championship, Facundo Llambías will compete in a double-header at MotorLand after a brilliant performance in Valencia, where he climbed from 17th to sixth position. The Uruguayan rider has prepared for this new challenge and will look to make the most of each session to gather the necessary information and translate the positive feeling he showed in Cheste onto the track.

Meanwhile, Nolann Macary will continue his development in the Moto4™ European Cup. His efforts from Friday’s practice sessions onward will be key for the French rider to find a setup that will allow him to tackle qualifying and races in optimal condition.

“We arrive at this crucial race with maximum ambition and excellent preparation following the test. Our objective is clear: to finish both races scoring as many points as possible to stay in the fight for the Moto3™ title. We are confident that Nikolis and Kerman will take a step forward to put all three bikes at the front, that Facundo will maintain his great work rate in Moto2™, and that Nolann will make the definitive leap into the points in Moto4™,” says Eduardo Villodre , team manager of Team Monlau Motul.

“We are approaching the final stretch of the championship with great enthusiasm and the goal of giving our best performance across all categories. We want to maintain consistency, continue to grow, and be in the fight for the top spots,” says Jaime Serrano , CEO of Monlau Motul Technical School.
