Monlau Technical School and Motul join forces to promote competition training among young people

The prestigious centre of studies dedicated to the training of mechanics and engineers for motorsport will be renamed Monlau Motul Technical School.

The lubricant company consolidates its involvement with the territory by contributing all its know-how by actively participating in the training of students at the Monlau School.

This union reinforces the commitment of both companies to the world of competition as a basis for training and learning for future mechanics and engineers.

The Monlau School, a prestigious training centre for racing mechanics and engineers, and Motul, a specialist brand in the formulation of automotive and industrial lubricants, have signed a collaboration agreement. The aim of this union is to promote automotive training for young people and give support from the base to high competition.

With this agreement, the lubricant company will collaborate both in the training of students to boost talent, and helping with the provision of material for school competition teams. The collaboration also includes a scholarship program to encourage job creation among young people and promote talent in the competition sector. In this way, the school will be called Monlau Motul Technical School.

Motul carries in its DNA the competition, sample of it are the more than 300 victories that give name to one of its most mythical lubricants, the 300V, and that has made the brand in the world reference of motorsports that is currently. The passion and excitement of racing circuits serve Motul as a testing ground to meet the most demanding requirements. In this sense, the Monlau School will help in the development and improvement of Motul products, establishing itself as the “Laboratory of Motul” where to test all its lubricants.

The Monlau Group, founded in 1982 by Pio Ventura, is constituted of 5 pillars to train more than 2,500 young people who want to receive specialized training where it is offered from secondary education and baccalaureate to vocational training focused on different fields such as IT, Business and Marketing, Tourism and Automotive & Vehicle Mechanics.

Monlau Technical School is the reference school that offers training to mechanics and engineers specialized in motor sport. With more than 24 years of experience, the school has more than 460 students annually. Its main objective is to give the opportunity to young students passionate about motorsport so that they can train as skilled mechanics and engineers sharing values such as effort and sacrifice. This 360º training is completed with his participation in the world of competition under the name of Monlau Motorsport which offers the opportunity to link theoretical training with practice by participating in different competitions of different disciplines. A division that offers multiple offers such as automotive services, driving courses, talent management and where its main objective is to train 3 undisputed players in the world of competition: drivers, mechanics and engineers.
